When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
What age children is the program helpful for?
The program is designed for parents of little ones age 6-months to 4-years-old.
Is the program for vegans? Omnivores? Everyone?
The program is for anyone who wants their family to eat more colorful plants! All of the recipes are plant-based/100% vegan but the strategies are applicable to families of all dietary preferences.
Will you cover nutritional requirements for babies and toddlers?
No. The program will cover lifestyle strategies for reducing stress around feeding your family, techniques for helping your little one establish a healthy relationship with a rainbow of food and supply delicious, easy recipes. I am not a doctor or nutritionist and will not be giving advice on nutritional requirements.
How old are your kids? How do you know what you're talking about?
At the time of writing this, I have two girls, a 3.5-year-old and a 12-month-old. Everything I cover in the program is based on my personal experience of what works for my family. In addition to being a cookbook author, I'm a certified health coach and much of my knowledge comes from that training.
How much time will it take? I'm busy!
